LETTER FROM THE EDITOR
dashes
Dear Reader,

We need to shift gears and accelerate positive change with sustainability reporting, dealing now with issues that are screaming ‘urgent’ – like taking action on climate change. Furthermore, more companies must realise the importance of using their strengths to tackle, head-on, the problems that seem to be always in the headlines, taking action to benefit the societies on which they rely for growth and profit.

According to the ‘Better Business, Better World’ report by the Business and Sustainable Development Commission (BSDC), sustainable business practices will, by 2030, create, for corporations, tremendous market opportunities worth US$12 trillion.

Opinion: GRI Standards – Comprehensive Option 2.0
I invite you to read this article/ opinion piece, which lays out how the GRI Standards could be used ASAP by any company/ your company to accelerate positive change.  Furthermore, you will see how the GRI Standards Comprehensive Option can evolve in no time to one that encourages companies to go above and beyond reporting, with a focus on accelerating positive change.
